Before I reached out to Abraham, I had a bigger corporation company come out for a diagnosis and fix my leaking hvac unit. They told me the entire system was sized wrong and needed an estimator out here to figure out how many more vents and ductwork to add. Long story short, they charged me a chunk of change for the diagnosis, estimated an arm and a leg for the fix (and never sent me a copy of the report), and still left me with a leaking hvac unit. With the 2020 sumer heatwave coming in hard, I had to give it another shot to see if I could get the AC up and running. I reached out to Abraham and got a response back immediately to schedule an appointment for the same week. After he arrived, he pointed out that the drain line had been cut, which explained the leaking and assured me I didn't have to resize everything. If anything, I could probably save some energy and improve efficiency by replacing the old ductwork since a lot of the air was escaping since it was really only meant for heating. He was able to fix the leak and provided me with a much more reasonable estimate to consider if I wanted to move forward with replacing the existing ductwork, which we did. We were finally able to run our AC without ruining even more of the ceiling above the furnace. We were able to get Abraham back out here a couple weeks later to replace our existing ductwork. He and his team were finished before the evening and I could actually feel the air coming out of the vents twofold. He even agreed to replacing the water damaged ceiling in the furnace closet and left me with a brand new set of filters, which I mentioned I needed to buy more of the first time he came by to fix the leak. All in all, if you go with Abraham, you will get an honest, no-bullshit, hard working team that isn't there to fill big inflated pockets and try to sell you on unnecessary crap. He will provide you with practical options and fix the problem without beating around the bush.

Abraham was so awesome. I sent him a picture of our problem and he told me it was an easy fix and was able to walk me through it! What a honest guy he is. He truly wanted to help and didn’t want to charge me for for something that was a easy fix.
