He confirmed promptly when I knew what my schedule required and showed up exactly as promised. Our sofa was not easy to bring in. It was heavy and had to go through a hallway and a narrow door. He carefully planned everything in advance and changed course as necessary. I know it was frustrating and he didn't show how frustrating it was.

Mark and his team were the perfect match when it came to finding someone to move our Yamaha digital piano up the stairs!Incredibly quick turnaround when it came to messaging and scheduling, moving our piano, and even reassembling it, all at a reasonable rate! I definitely plan on using them again in the future!

Excellent service. Was able to accommodate for a same day request regarding moving a large bulky sofa to our home. I would recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and weight of the item and how many miles from the pickup and delivery address. Other factors are whether there are stairs involved and how difficult it will be getting the item into your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fairly easy. You tell us about the your item(s), I quote a price and then we setup a delivery date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a preferred delivery vendor for Crate and Barrel in San Marcos and have been so since 2021. I also did furniture deliveries while in college many years ago.
