We had usmodular build our house in Carlsbad. It was a great experience as they helped us with design...got permits and built our new house in under 8 months it was actually fun watching our 2 story home arrive in 4 sections...complete with kitchen appliances..flooring...and bathroom fixtures. It was wild. But in 1 day we had a house on our lot....30 days later...we were living in the house.
