- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be a complicated issue because not all projects are equal. Some projects will take longer than others, others will have very detailed instructions on direction and others won't. I find it very helpful to come up with a pricing system that is determined by the amount of time a project will take and the complexity of the project and yet will be fair to both parties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of projects I get are logos, print & web ads, business cards & postcards.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked on a printed 4-page newsletter. This particular project was such a success because both the client and myself were very happy with the outcome. I delivered a design that the client was very happy within such a short amount of time without any hiccups along the way.
