Besides the typical repair, install and construction projects, I have also helped customers with other light duty tasks ie. light fixture installation, furniture assembly, hanging tv’s, picture hanging, kitchen and bathroom sink change outs, disposals, changing light bulbs, changing out hvac filters, installing stereo systems, setting up and troubleshooting
WiFi, and even taking care of simple errands my clients couldn’t fit into their schedule.

In the recent past I’ve been working on larger projects ie. house flipping rehabs, kitchen remodels and laminate floor installations but currently I’m looking for small jobs that take 1-8 hours to complete.

PRICING EXPLANATION:
Please consider that because the handyman must spend much of the time driving to different job sites, purchasing customer materials and dealing with scheduling conflicts, on average may only allow the handyman to perform 3-4 hours of billable work per day.
PRICING GUIDELINES:
Minimum $120 service call for first 90 minutes then $32 for each addition half hour. OR I can provide a firm bid rather than an hourly rate for large jobs. . For most jobs I can usually provide an estimate over the phone or by messaging.
