I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Joseph at North County WiFi! I was having issues with my large Samsung OLED TV, and rather than going through Samsung’s costly diagnostic and repair process, Joseph was able to identify the issue and source the exact replacement part needed without even requiring a formal diagnostic through Samsung. He ended up saving me hundreds of dollars!
From start to finish, Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He showed up fully prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment, knew exactly what he was doing, and had the TV repaired in no time.
One thing I particularly appreciated was his willingness to go above and beyond. Given the size of the TV, removing it from the wall and handling it safely was no small task. Joseph helped me carefully take it down, making the entire process significantly easier and giving me peace of mind that everything was being handled properly.
It’s refreshing to find someone who is not only technically skilled but also honest, resourceful, and genuinely focused on helping the customer rather than charging for unnecessary services.

Great experience working with Joseph. He sorted te all my older equipment and technology and streamlined everything to be cohesive with my SONOS systems and my WiFi.
