- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, therefore a one-size fits all budget is not feasible. With my initial consultation I will discuss pricing options with you to best fit your budget and timeline. I offer both hourly and flat fee options with installment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically projects start with a telephone conference to discuss scope, budget expectations, and timing. After this call, an initial site visit will be conducted to further discuss planning, material selections, accessories, and budget options. If agreeable, a contract will be drafting outlining all material terms, scope, timeline, and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Residential Interior Designer. I received my design certification from Cal State San Marcos. I hold a Business Degree from Albany, New York.
