- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation is always the first step. This can be done in person, by phone, or facetime/skype. The consultation allows Mr. Larkin to assess your options and answer all of your questions and concerns. The consultation is comprehensive and the customer will leave with a strategy regarding the best way to solve their issues. As always, all contact and communication is handled directly by the attorney. You will never deal with a paralegal or legal assistant. Calls and e-mails are always timely returned.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience matters. Ask questions about how many cases they have personally handled and their communication policy. Access to your attorney is important and what you are paying for. Don't settle for being handed off to a paralegal or assistant. Demand a better customer experience.
