My name is Diana a little about myself I have been practicing yoga for
11 years! A self taught yogi, I finally decided to take a 200 hour RYT training. It was during the training that I found the passion to teach, and help others with their yoga journey.
I tailor my private (one on one) lessons to fit what outcome you want from the session! Weather its to gain flexibility, breakdown of a pose, or proper alignment, my one on one sessions help you progress fast, and
advance in your practice no matter if you're a beginner or advanced yogi.
*I also teach group yoga, some of the styles I combine , are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga. Not sure what style you like to practice?
Below I have listed a description!
Hatha yoga classes start with a period of focus on your
breath or pranayama. As we go through the poses, I will continue to remind you to focus on your breath and may offer different breathing exercising to try.
Yoga poses or asanas that I incorporate are a series of movements that help improve balance, flexibility, and strength.
Yin yoga can help to improve symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep issues. This meditative and relaxing class will include holds of deep stretch postures using gravity to lengthen the connective tissues and fascia.
This Style of yoga is done all on the floor, (no standing pasture's) Great for beginners and advance yogi alike!
Vinyasa Yoga links one posture to the next through the breath.
When the postures are practiced together, they flow into each other.
This is why it’s sometimes called “Flow Yoga.
This style of yoga usually involves intense movements and generates a cardiovascular work-out not always present in other forms of yoga asana practice. This style is a more intense flow, if your ready to take your practice to the next level!
*What to Expect
- I arrive 15 - 20 mins early to greet and meet everyone.
-Set up? Find our set up spot , if you would like Outdoor yoga any temperatures above 95 degrees and depending on how much shade is available, i may ask to be inside.
- Payment is done prior or after the session same day
-I have extra mats for rent available in case someone forgets their mat.
- I provide blocks at no cost .
- If there is a special request, letting me know beforehand is ideal so i can tailor my class accordingly.
- A travel fee will be added to events over 50 miles away. This fee will depend on distance.
-I am an on hands teacher, I add thai and shiatsu stretches in my sessions.
