Jon is extremely professional and was precise with his work. We moved into a fixer upper, where the past owners smoked in it for 10+ years. He made sure not to leave any rock unturned and followed through with the expectations he set. We are very happy because our house is like a night and day difference. I’ve hired many professionals who have over sold their services, but not this company. I’m extremely impressed with his thoroughness and i plan to hire this company again to remove pet/coffee odor from my car. definitely worth the price.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received from Jon at Master OdorRemoval was so exceptional that I had to share my experience and give a full five-star recommendation.
My previous tenants had left pet urine stains all over the carpets and even the walls. It was a nightmare. Jon promptly provided a professional, no-cost estimate, and from the moment I spoke with him, it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he was. I immediately felt confident hiring him.
Not only was the service top-notch, but the pricing was also very fair—especially considering the level of care, expertise, and attention to detail Jon provided.

I honestly didnt think we were ever going to get the pet smell completely under control. We had tried a bunch of cleaners ourselves without much luck. Jon did a great job and was really easy to deal with. Id definitely use him again.
