- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are competitive. I regularly network with other pressure washing companies in the area to make sure that I am giving my customers the best rates possible. My quotes are based on travel distance, home size, ease of access, and level of contaminants. It's always easiest to quote accurately when I have an address to look up on Google Maps or at least a picture of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call or email so that I can introduce myself and tell you about the service that I will be providing. Then we discuss your needs and go over options that work for you. Once we decide on the right package for you I send an invoice and we schedule a date and time for me to service your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the service industry for many years. I am a retied firefighter so you don't need to worry about me not being comfortable getting up on your roof.
