- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation to better understand the client's needs and whether we are a good fit. If I can't find a way to help them save more money, earn more money, or create more value in their life, I'll let them know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm six sigma lean certified and certified in project management. We are analytical which provides a unique perspective on how we approach the challenges that our clients face.

I saw that the small business community needed better customer service and attention to detail from its service providers.
