So I picked Puretec Property because I saw in Josh's writeup they are a local company. They had many areas of service I needed. They were out yesterday. The team did a TERRIFIC job, fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. Our clean windows are so bright.

Josh and his crew are highly professional, friendly, arrive on time and their work is great! I have used them several times and am always very pleased with the results plus the price is fair. My windows sparkle! I have also used their Soft Wash process and loved the results. Our house exterior paint looked new again, as did the gutters and sidewalk cement.

I requested a bid on thumbtack back in October. Josh scheduled an appointment to give thorough estimate and included additional services that he could help with. Because there were additional items I needed to wait a few months to budget appropriately. I emailed him last week. He honored his bid and provided the service yesterday. Truly a pleasure working with Josh and his team. They worked great together. These guys were polite, conscientious, careful, respectful and worked from start to finish, morning through evening.
