Daniel has been awesome. We started off with draining my pool because the water was too hard. Then Daniel helped me get my pump working on the timer. He also showed me how to turn off my leaky solar heater. I appreciate him taking such good care of all of our pool needs. The Pool has never looked better!

Words can’t explain how much we appreciate Dr pool services. I don’t know where begin. We found him on NextDoor app for neighbors and read his reviews on Thumbtack since he had a link posted. We were impressed with his reviews. So we called him.
First we had a leak on our existing pump. Rather than pushing us to purchase a new pump with crazy sales tactics he provides options. He was able to repair the pump for a few hundred dollars. Amazing!
Next our lights which was the original reason we called him. We had 3 lights that were bad. 1 in spa and 2 in the pool. He was quickly able to test and determine which could be repaired and which needed to be replaced. We love our new LED lights.
He’s very good at communicating and keeping you updated. My wife and I are very busy and aren’t always home. We have always taken care of our pool but we hired Daniel and his brother for a chemical service which they’re reasonabley priced. He such a nice guy! We haven’t met his brother but if he’s half as nice, You will not regret hiring them.

Daniel agreed to meet at my house to solve my pool problems upon a short notice. He is punctual and starts looking into issues immediately. He proposed options and we came up with a game-plan and tentative schedule.
He is good at explaining pool-basics to me (a first-time pool owner).
He clearly presented the service plans they offer and is flexible for catering to customer's needs. He is very professional.

Daniel was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. He was able to fix our waterfall feature pump and help get everything back up and running. He even took the initiative to follow up with me on a small item he had to come back for due to the rain after I had already paid him. That’s above and beyond and very honest.

I had a great experience with DR Pool Service. I contacted them on a weekend about a leak in our pool pump, they responded right away and set up a time to come out Monday morning. Turns out the leak could easily be fixed with the right epoxy and we could DIY if we wanted. They solved our problem and didn’t even charge us! I would definitely hire them in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the job details. For service calls we charge a flat show up rate of $120 for 1 hour of diagnostics. If we’re meeting a new clients for a large project to provide an estimate there is no fee and we try to gather as many details as possible and start permitting process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CSUEB alum with a B.S. degree in business management. After graduating I always knew I wanted to have my own business. I enrolled into ABC electrical apprenticeship and received 8000hrs of classroom and in field training
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enrolled into ABC 4 year 8000 hour electrical program and worked for a few different electrical contractors to diversify my experience.
