- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a range of services and I also have a range in prices. Generally weekly pool service is going to range from $100 per month to $140 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I am contacted by the new customer. I schedule a time to meet them so I can introduce myself in person and look at the pool and pool equipment so I know what I'm going to be working with, if they decide to hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend yearly seminars from the different manufacturers that make pumps, heaters, filters, etc. Any educational classes that are offered within the swimming pool industry, I try to attend.
