I first became acquainted with Coastal Damage/Coastal Construction in January 2022. I had suffered a nasty water leak in my bedroom/Master bathroom and the plumber recommended them for the remedial work. They came to survey the work the next day and I engaged them. It was the best move I ever made. They dealt with everything, from the insurance assessor, drying out the damage (I had a 4" deep pond under the tub) restoring the damage in the walls, replaced the carpet, restoring the room as good as new.I decided to re-engage them for a complete house remodel. Two bathrooms, kitchen, new vinyl plank flooring throughout the living area, new carpets in the 2 guest bedrooms, 2 replacement ceiling fans, and the whole house redecorated.I told them that we only had 7 weeks to get this all done because the house we were moving into was only available for 7 weeks. Brian Becker assured me that he would get the job done in 7 weeks. Bearing in mind they had to empty the contents of the house into 3 large storage containers and then restore it back I was impressed that they did indeed complete in the time as stated.There have been a couple of issues since and Brian has had them fixed very quickly for me.All in all Coastal Damage/Coastal Construction have been the absolute very best of ANY contractor that I have ever used in the past. They do excellent work in a timely manner at a very fair price, and Brian's suggestions during the planning stage have proved to be superb.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Let me start by saying that finding Coastal Damage/Coastal Construction was the best and luckiest thing that could happen to us in view of the water damage and full bathroom reconstruction situation we faced.We had what we thought was a small water leak from the upstairs bathroom when one day we found some water spots on our garage ceiling that is below the bathroom. After an initial check by a plumber it was determined that much more was involved and that we'd need a mitigation company.The team at Coastal Damage/Coastal Construction was nothing but fantastic from day 1 through to completion. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, pro-active, and helpful at every step in the process to say the least.As first time homeowners, this was the first time we had dealt with a messy situation like this that ended up requiring that the entire upstairs bathroom, tile floor, and connecting garage ceiling be completely torn out and rebuilt.The Coastal team made the entire process - in particular the coordination with the homeowners insurance company (if you know insurance companies you'll know what we mean that it's NOT easy working with them) including all negotiations around the mitigation and construction - go so much more smoothly.After the mitigation (demolition) process was completed the Coastal team worked closely with us to select everything to rebuild the bathroom and make it even better than it was before. They worked patiently with us to get our ideas and vision for the rebuild from new floor tile, to specific fixtures and lights, paint colors, vanity styles, sinks and more. And when things we liked were out of our budget they helped us find the next best option to get the same look in budget. (See the photos below of the beautiful result: our new grey style bathroom with modern sinks, granite countertop, marble floors, dual mirrors, modern lamp fixtures vs. the old formica counter, standard build mirror and beige wood vanity from before).If you are looking for a team of truly customer service oriented mitigation and construction professionals these are your guys!!I highly highly recommend them!

Coastal did an excellent job! Elias, Gustavo and Rick have been very reliable! I had 300k worth of fire damage that their team repaired in a few months. They emptied out all the contents of the house, made all the repairs and put everything back without anything missing! When there was water damage in the kitchen, they came in right away with the blowers, fixed the pipes and replaced the damaged cabinets. They are great with working with insurance companies and their reports are very detailed! Farmers insurance did not questuon their report for fire damage and approved everything that needed to be repaired. When there was water damage to a condo they came in and resolved the issues right away. I highly recommend them for any house related emergencies. My experiences with Coastals restoration after fire damage and water leaks has been very positive! They always answer their phones and are so easy to get a hold of even in the evening. I have them on speed dial and will continue to use them for any house related emergencies. I feel very fortunate to have found them. Thank you Coastal for always being so personable, pleasant to work with and reliable!
