- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and flexible. We offer discounts for military, the long-term unemployed, parents returning to the workforce or others in special circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather as much information as possible (using a questionnaire) and conduct a phone or face to face consultation for the resume writing process. Clients will receive the resume within the agreed upon time frame (usually within 3-5 business days). We also provide up to 2 rounds of editing as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and have written more than 350 resume with great results.
