We have some of the best teachers in San Diego with over 20 years of experience who can come to your home/office for sessions or help you online. We are based in Oceanside but have a network of great teachers.

After several years without Yoga in my life, I recently joined a Cat Medley Mixed Level class via zoom. Much to my relief the instructor, as well as students, welcomed me with gusto resultingin melting my nerves that I wasn't "up to it". I also was delighted that the instructor provided options based on the student's assessment of their fitness level. All in all, this experience wasa great omen that Yoga can be essential to my life.

Excellent chair yoga class (Mellow Cats with Debra) with lots of different poses that are done seated and standing with students choosing best options for themselves. Teacher has large repertoire of poses and exercises and nice pacing with clear instructions that allow students to work on strength and flexibility. Different level options are suggested as students engage in the different practices, creating a safe, appropriate experience for everyone.

Love it. Jennifer is very accommodating to my knees and back issues. Always feel better after a good workout.I enjoy the practice with a small like minded group

My first time at the Saturday morning Yoga class.Really enjoyed the class Jenifer was a good teacher And a happy person. Nice group of Ladies Will definitely sign up for next week. I highly recommend anybody looking for a outdoor yoga class this is it.
