- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge about $400 per week for house sitting and $15 per hour for walking. But my pricing is flexible depending on the servicing needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask as many questions about their pets and what their habits are. How they interact with their animals. Find out their likes vs dislikes. Let them know I am their friend and partner in taking care if their babies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All on the job and just a genuine love for animals.I
