- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic coverage starts at 8 hours and goes up depending on which package works best for you. We want to be there for every part of the day – we don’t want to miss anything! We always try to cover getting ready all the way through to the reception. If needed, additional hours can be added on. Full weekend coverage, wedding destinations, are available upon request, we travel anywhere for wedding films and Photography, we have a better looking price for Photo and Video collections.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
