I needed a contractor to provide me with a repair bid on a converted garage and converted patio. She replied to my request and was at the property the next day!! Monique pointed out and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to reconvert a converted garage back to the original. Monique emailed me the next day with the written repair bid. She was very professional and friendly and she helped me with my short sale. Thank you!!!

Awesome service! Monique's attention to detail during the walk through was phenomenon. I was looking for someone to update my kitchen. Monique and her team came in very professionally and on time to modernize the look of my kitchen by adding a back splash, removing and replacing damaged tile, knocking down a wall to open up the space and changing the color of my walls. I am beyond happy with the results. Thank You R.I.A. can't wait for my upcoming room addition!

I should learn from my mistakes cheap is expensive. I went with the low bid. I got what I paid for. . Two guys that showed up left the job never came back. I can't really review their work because they abandon the job. But at least if they had returned one of the numerous phone calls or text and said hey were bunch of flakes can't handle a simple drywall project and move on that would've been acceptable but just leaving me hanging not cool. Monique is a very nice girl very pleasant easy to work with unfortunately dropped the ball and left me hanging.
