- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide the most reasonable priced restoration you can find. If you find cheaper, they rarely offer the same services or quality in their work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out. I provide feedback on their finishes and surfaces and provide recommendations on how we can address your issues and then come out and walk the areas with you so we can both come to an agreement on how to approach your surfaces.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked for a Painting Contractor for many years (20) and he taught me the valuable skills necessary to become successful in all finishes. I’ve been through multiple safety, training, and skill courses that have helped me adapt and provide solutions to my clients.
