I hire Jay’s electric over the Internet. That’s something I rarely do without meeting them first. He and his crew came and immediately began working on a medium sized job. I had thrown extra tasks at them on site. There were challenges to the way, I describe the problem over the Internet. They handled it easily, professionally, and without complaint. I definitely recommend these guys.

Jay and his team did and amazing job with updating our kitchen lighting. They were patient in answering my questions and showing me how it would look with two vs three lights. They were punctual, diligent, friendly, and cleaned up afterward.

Jay and his team were efficient without sacrificing quality of work. They took care of the lighting changes with a new fixture and moving a ceiling fan. They were so easy to work with. I've already referred them to a neighbor and will definitely call them when I need something done. I highly recommend them!

The company offered same day service. They showed up on time and quickly found my electrical problem. The technician explained the issue and fixed it. They truly saved the day. Reasonable pricing. Kind. Professional. I highly recommend this company.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is, introduce myself and listen to what the customers goal is,then after that I start asking more precise questions about different options or features desired in certain circumstances. When the plan is set and we both understand what I am going to do we discuss a price for the job and if agreed on the price we start setting up a date that works around the customers schedule and my schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a state and federally approved apprenticeship program for 4 1/2 years called Associated builders and contractors of southern California.
I attended a solar NABCEP course at College of the desert.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
cheaper rate doesn't mean good quality and higher rate doesn't mean good quality. I recommend getting at least 3 quotes before choosing your electrician and ask if they offer a free estimate or over the phone estimate.
