Introduction: I am interested in joining a progressive property management company in Southern California. I possess the proficiency and competency to deal with HOA boards and members as a property management or regional manager of a territory. Experience The customers are the reason we are employed and our life cycle to success. It is my mantra. I have absorbed lifelong experiences and the methods to blend a staff together to make a difference. I teach the team to listen and make the effort to actually connect and relate to our members or customers. Most customers just desire to be heard and to receive the respect they feel is due to them. My lead is to provide the best ACE (accurate, courteous and easy -- service absolute) and respond to our customers' requests and needs. I fulfilled a 5-year contract as the general manager of The Club at Shenandoah Springs, Thousand Palms CA. The start date was November 2008. Prior to this position, I was VP of sales and consulting property manager for Paradigm Golf Group. I have a unique ability to inspire a team's effort and goals. My responsibilities at Shenandoah Springs was to administer the senior community comprising of 1,816 home sites with more than 3,000 residents in the California desert. The club consists of two golf courses (27 holes), 195 acres of common and golf course property, a full-service restaurant, a bar and a large clubhouse with over 300 guest capability. My club and property management responsibilities consist of the following: * Responsible for representing the owners at all HOA meetings and (18 club) functions * Administered all mitigation with HOA Board * Accountable for determining, costing and completing capital repairs and maintenance rudiments for the entire property * Directed all reconstruction projects on the property and facilities -- 194 acres and 7 structures * Implementation of policies, procedures, internal operating and accounting controls, manpower expense efficiency; accountability linked through all staff members * Increase and preservation of revenue and expense control resulting in consistent business growth * Oversaw the progression of selling or renting all on-site owner's property * Implemented (ACE) "accurate, courteous and easy"; live it, model it and enforce this practice * ACE service absolutes: customer service guidelines to produce the best customer relations packages; acknowledge and appropriately answer all members and guests * Certified association community manager (CACM) Attached here, you will find my resume, Six Sigma certificate, Sandler Sales Institute and Paradigm data. I have two developers building more than 600 home sites in Coachella Valley, slated to open in the third quarter of 2015. They will hire the property management company I am with at the time.
