- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will match or beat anyone's price. We strive to be fair and reasonable when it comes to our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we come out and take a look to see what you have going on. We also gather information from the customer to help us determine how to better service them. We then give you a verbal estimate. Once we agree to a price we then have the customer sign the necessary paperwork. Next we start the job.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always have at least 2 or 3 estimates before making a decision.
