- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are professionals with standard pricing. All clients will recieve a free estimate. We do offer seasonal and new client promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make things simple. We speak to clients and find out if we can serve them. We give verbal estimate. We have secured portal where clients sign up to share documents & private data. We Review documents and, before we proceed, We give written estimate. Once client approves, we process the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have teams of CPA, EA's and PTIN - All with minimum 5 years of work experience. Our senior partners bring 20+ Years of Tax Professional Experience. Our Assistants, all have minimum Bachelors degree. We are a continous training company. We train Tax Professionals and, we are your eyes and ears for new Tax laws and changes which may affect you.
