Dana fixed a 3-way switch wiring issue in my home that two other electricians failed at before him. He came in with a mindset of solving the problem and wasted no time in useless complaining about the situation at hand (like my prior electricians). He also installed 2 recessed lights in my bathrooms, one of which was very tricky due to lack of an attic space. Nonetheless, he was able to install the light without cutting open the ceiling dry wall! All of this without any fidgeting... a very rare and refreshing trait among pros these days!! Luis was able to resolve an issue which two other experienced electricians could not. He went the extra mile to diagnose the problem within several outlets and wiring issues within them, repaired the problem, replaced several outlets, and restored power to outlets which had gone out both upstairs and downstairs in my home. What I like about Sam, from Sam’s Services, is his professionalism, patience, and his willingness to assist his client despite of the difficulties he encounters. We had an electrical outlet that suddenly stopped working, I contacted Sam via Thumbtack and he was able to come on the same day to check out what the issue was. Sam diagnosed that it was a bad outlet based on the visual inspection, which was similar to what other electricians had suggested prior to Sam. But since Sam gave me a reasonable price on changing out the outlet, I hired Sam on the spot. Little did we know, the issue was not the outlet, it was more complicated than just the outlet itself. Dana is the best, most reliable electrician you can find, which is a rare find these days! Originally found him on Thumbtack because we were new to the area, and he did an amazing job, clean work at fair cost. Also needed him in a pinch to get some work done before we had an awning installed, and even though he was booked solid, he came out at 6am to help us out - who does that?
