- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the cleaning appointment the staff members that are assigned to your cleaning will clean according to the priority list you have created for your cleaning and if they are unable to complete your list in the amount of time that you have initially hired them for, the supervisor on site will give you a call if you are not home, or speak with you directly to let you know what we have completed on your list and let you know what items are left to clean on your list. If you authorize additional time we can work up to 8 hours in one 24 hour period. If you decline the additional clean time, we will be finished with the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience. We stay up to date on current EPA recommendations and guidelines including but not limited to all disinfecting procedures.
