- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually need to visit your home or place of business to examine the job and figure out how much preparation is required to complete a quality job. After examination we provide a detailed estimate via email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to find out what quality of job the customer wants. Some want super high quality job for their own home, but possibly a more average job for a rental property or commercial business. Pricing depends on the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. degree from Chico State University in printmaking and sculpture. I then went on to a 4 year apprenticeship through the California Department of Industrial Relations and became a Journeyman Painter, Then I obtained my C-33 CSLB Painting and Decorator Contractors license. I have worked in the painting trade for over 30 years and have done literally thousands of jobs over the years.
