First off I just want to say that my experience with Epic Pest Management was well....Epic! One day I noticed an unusual amount of bee activity on my back porch. At first I thought I'd just wait and see what would transpire. After two days I realized the bees were still extremely active I called Epic pest management and Jaune answered the phone. She set up an appointment for a technician to come out. The owner Greg came out, and as luck would have it the bees were gone. Regardless he inspected the back porch and sprayed down the area with some sort of bee deterent.While he was doing that he also noted that gophers were wreaking havoc on my lawn. He took care of the them as well. Bottom line is if you want a pest control company to take care of your home and keep you and your family safe..call Epic pest managment!

This company is the worst in customerService . They are presumably not interested in getting any business as I had called them and while explaining my issues he was not even bothered to listenProperly and wanted me to sign for the service . When I told him what is the priceHe cut me off and never called back . With this kind of service I can imagine if I had signed for the service what kind of absolutely zero service I will get .

Jitendra, I have spoken to all the office staff who answer phones. No one recalls the conversation. Can you please call me. I would like to find out what happened. We don't typically push people to sign up over the phone, in fact we rarely do contracts that people would have to 'sign up' for. Love Epic Pest control!Theyve come help me get rid of interior & exterior ant raids & the mice & rats from the fields around us. Takes the time to do a good job & Greg is such an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff!
