Cobalt Heating and Air Conditioning
About this pro
David was very professional, was willing to answer my questions and explain my options. He was willing to work different approaches to upgrade my HVAC system. Work was done efficiently and on time. I have plans for additional work next year and definitely plan to use Cobalt.Jul 6, 2018Verified
Great work I would defenitely recommend it to anyoneMar 18, 2017Verified
he not even bother to come and give me a price because he said his prices were too high, if you know your prices are too high then you should lower them,Jun 30, 2018Verified
Great experience with David from Cobalt. He installed an Ecobee 3 and then took the time to set it up based on our preferences. He even wore shoe booties! It’s little things like shoe booties that make a huge statement about his level of professionalism. He made sure I understood the unit and the IPhone app and that all settings were to our liking. When done, he even offered to help with additional home projects we have under way! At 7:30 PM! Cobalt is great and David is not only one of the best service professionals I have met, he is an awesome person! Call Cobalt for your HVAC needs. You will NOT be disappointed.Jun 29, 2018Verified
David was very professional and was thorough about checking out my whole central air system. The A/C wasn't working optimally because my furnace was getting older, and he gave me some valuable information and options as to my future actions.Jun 28, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All prices are pre-set, flat rate prices, that take into account average time to complete the job, cost of materials, taxes, and any applicable warranties. No need to stress, we don't drag our feet to make more money, we don't charge by the hour, so no mater how long it takes, you know the price up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When one of our technicians visits a customer for the first time, we like to introduce them to how we do things different than most companies, and share with them the approximate time it will take. We try to share as much info as we can, and we welcome a curious customer who, may have an interest in seeing what we do. If there are repairs to be done, we share our pricing guide, explain what the part does, and how it affects their system, then we let the customer ask any questions they may have. We typically can repair the broken part on the spot. When all of the work is complete, we make sure that our work area is clean, we verify the repair and that the system is now working, and ask if there is anything more that we can help with. Our technicians make sure that the customer is satisfied with the work we've done before we leave. We offer the customer the opportunity to join our bi-annual membership to help keep their system trouble free, and to save them on any unexpected repairs or services that may come up. Our technician thanks them for being a customer, and plans to see them for their next visit. Cobalt Home Services isn't looking for a one time customer, we want to be the company that you know and trust, year after year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started in 1994 in a commercial capacity, for a large company. In 2012 I focused my sights in the residential field so that I can more directly help people, and have a larger impact in my field.
