Five stars isn't enough to express my gratitude and satisfaction with Jeff from Eagle Eye Home Inspector. His visit to my house for a termite treatment was truly an excellent example of top-tier professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Jeff is a consummate professional. His knowledge about termites, the problems they pose, and how to effectively combat them is nothing short of impressive. He thoroughly explained the process, which gave me a good understanding of what was to happen, making me feel more comfortable and confident about the treatment. The treatment involved localized treatment of termites in the garage and attic. Jeff was diligent and meticulous, ensuring that no nook or cranny was overlooked. He used a borate solution to not just rid the areas of current infestation, but to also provide a protective barrier that would deter future termite problems. The effort Jeff put in was clearly visible and his application of the treatment was unobtrusive and very thorough. What also stood out was his work ethic and approachability. He was patient with my numerous questions, addressing all my concerns in an easy-to-understand manner. It's apparent that he genuinely cares about his clients, their homes, and the quality of work he delivers. Jeff at Eagle Eye came out to inspect my house for termites. He was right on time, and I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to fully answer my questions and explain the treatment alternatives. He treated my home locally for termites. I was home during the treatment and can vouch for the fact that he took the time to do a thorough job. He was careful to clean up the areas he worked on and his inspection report was thorough. I’m very happy with his services and will be calling him again when I’m ready to tent.
