About
(All inspection reports are sent On-Site- No layover time) Our work stands out from others because we treat every inspection as if we have are own money invested in the property. I am also very knowledgeable about single family residence. My specialty is Multi-unit Family Residence.
I love to give my clients all the discrepancies of the property without making the home seem horrible. I stick to the facts and deliver a peace of mind.

Outstanding Professional Service!
Brandon is by far the most professional inspection I have met. He goes over and beyond to make sure the home we are purchasing is up to code and will be safe for our family.
Then the inspection report blew us away with photos of the repairs needed and complete description of what needs to be done.
Awesome!

Brandon was communicative and punctual and delivered a solid inspection with quick turnaround time. We are now using his inspection to bring in a plumber and electrician to evaluate some additional items. As a two decade real estate veteran, I was pleased with his service for my client / home buyer.

He arrived before the scheduled time so that he would be able to start at the scheduled time. Throughout the inspection, he gave me a sense of ease because he operated in such an organized and professional manner. I would recommend him as an inspector to my friends and family.

I recommend Brandon Mcclain to everyone who needs a good outstanding inspector for home inspection. I was there when he did the inspection and he did not miss anything. He is on time very honest and knows his job well. He is also very fair and reasonable in price. I will use him again a lot in the future since I am also a Realtor.
