- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on each job. We use pricing model exactimate- This is the agreed pricing structure between insurance company's and all licensed/certified trade vendors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I just completed a course on Trauma and Crime scene clean up as we have been asked to do so and we needed the training and certifications. We are constantly looking at what our customers needs and working towards helping.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A strong back ground in customers service and the desire to both serve the customer and problem solve.
