- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My team and I take an organic approach in assisting every Client. It is important to identify what a Client needs, but even more vital, is determining the strategy for how we will achieve their end goals. Short-term success is rewarding, but long-term success is even more fruitful. This absolutely holds true for real estate investments and property management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate to land an internship while I was completing my business undergraduate at a law office. They specialized in Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy. Tying the learnings of those two service areas has been invaluable to me. It allowed me to be diverse and grow my knowledge of the industry. It was amazing to see the investment power that real estate can yield.
