I was new to Thumbtack just awhile back. I saw an ad for it and thought “Let’s check it out!”. Andrew happened to be one of the realtors that turned in a bid and I was caught by his experience in Pasadena. He really helped me narrow down the finances of the whole thing and made it easy to understand where I would struggle with fees outside of my down payment. Every realtor before only wanted to show me houses that were over my price range. I ended up buying $80000 lower than what I originally had hoped for because we calculated it best suited my income. Best decision I could have made. Thank you Andrew!

I always make certain that every single would-by buyer knows exactly what they are getting into before they make a regrettable decision. Detailing each fee and expense involved in a purchase (county fees, city fees, escrow, title, etc) before determining price point is crucial. Not being able to pay the mortgage just a few months down the road would be detrimental. I am super happy it all worked out for us! See you at the housewarming!

I don't ever write reviews unless it is truly deserving. Andrew Martinez is someone who goes above and beyond to sell your home. He has sold two of our properties in the past 5 years. Andrew exceeded our expectations with both transactions. Most recently, Andrew sold our home in about 3 months in a saturated market. He got us top dollar for our property. If you want someone who is 110% dedicated to helping you get the maximum value for the sale of your home in record time, Andrew is your guy. He was always readily available to answer any of our questions and address our concerns. He made everything so easy for us-- from staging our home, to finding reasonable vendors to make improvements to our home before placing on the market, to orchestrating top notch open houses to showcase our home. He has an excellent eye for detail as well as great negotiation skills. If you want a stress free experience with amazing results, Andrew is the realtor for you. We would use him again and again to sell or purchase a home. Update 2/2024: Once again we used Andrew to sell another property. He went above and beyond. He prepared and presented the rental property so well that we were able to sell at maximum value and in minimum time again! Andrew puts so much effort into getting you the most for your properties. I would 100% use his services over and over again!!!

Choosing Andrew as our real estate agent to sell our home is one of the best decisions my wife and I made. Andrew spent a few hours in our home. We got to know each other. He listened to us and our needs. We wanted to sell our home quickly so my wife and our boys would not miss the start of the school year. We let Andrew know that we reached out to Opendoor because we needed to sell quickly. We also wanted to find out if we could potentially sell our home for more considering the market. Andrew came to our home prepared with comps and shared his knowledge of the real estate market. He was able to answer all our questions before we even asked. Andrew was confident he could sell our home prior to the start of the school year. He let us know what we needed to do to ensure our home sold quickly. We made the decision to use Andrew rather than sell to Opendoor. Andrew quickly listed our house, scheduled a professional photo shoot of our home, and the house showings began. Andrew was able to sell our home nine days prior to the start of the school year. Our home sold above asking price. Andrew was transparent throughout the entire process. We are happy to have met him and to have had the opportunity to work with him. We recommend anyone who has an opportunity to work with Andrew do so. It could be one of the best decisions you make.
