Andrew was excellent in helping us identify and buy the perfect house. He responded to our telephones call and texts immediately. He answered our questions and followed up with our requests. He always had good suggestions but never inpatient or pushy. He intervened well with the sellers' brokers. Andrew has excellent skills and he took a personal interest in us. We thank him very much. Our offer on the fifth house was accepted. However, the seller's realtor was uncooperative. She refused to take Andrew's telephone calls and responded only by email, which delayed the exchange of information during escrow. Her delays put pressure on me as we neared the closing date. Nevertheless, Andrew and his assistant (Angelina) tolerated the situation well. They made sure that all of the documents were completed for the closing. The process of find the perfect house was not easy, because difficulties arose with the sellers and their realtors. Three sellers started a bidding war by asking more than their listing price but we refused to participate. The fourth seller refused to make necessary repairs, so we cancelled. These events are important to mention, because I want you to know that Andrew never displayed any frustration and he continued to help us. Do yourself a favor. Hire Andrew Martinez if you are a seller or buyer. He will guide you to success.

I originally contacted Vantage Realty on Thumbtack to ask about Property Management for a complex that I own with my husband. We felt overwhelmed with the constant calls from tenants and always having to jump through hoops to keep accounting in order. Missed and late payments were hard to keep track of because we both still have careers. The owner is named Andrew and he helped me talk through all of our problems. We hated the thought of a complex manager because of the fees that come with it. I talked to all quotes that came in and chose Andrew because he was attentive and seemed to offer the most input. Not the cheapest out of the companies but we are very happy in our choice. Everything has been great for the past few months and we can breathe again.

I definitely would recommend Vantage Realty to any family needing real estate help. We just sold my home in Ontario, CA and it was much easier than I anticipated. It was an investment property and I have always had problems with communication with realtors. I live in Yuma, Arizona so the distance seems to be a problem for keeping me in the loop. I think a lot of agents believed in the past on other rentals that it was more acceptable to put me on the backburner being I’m out of state. This is probably the most efficient transaction I have had. I checked out realtors online and read their customer reviews. Andrew and Gloria at the office seemed to always answer my calls and returned them quickly if I left a message. I have not seen them face to face but they did right by me and I look to use them again when it is time.

We weren't sure how much our house would sell for. Various brokers just threw out numbers. Andrew Martinez/Vantage Realty came over and built a spreadsheet and provided comparisons that allowed us to really appreciate not only what the property would sell for, BUT what we would walk away with from the transaction after paying off the loan and dealing with the transactional costs. Andrew then utilized contacts to work with us to maximize repairs/improvements that allowed us to maximize final numbers. Notwithstanding a buyer unwilling to perform and a couple of buyers kicking the tires, Andrew and his team were able to maximize value - even in the winter months. Definitely a must call if you really want an honest and clear understanding of value and options!
