- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat monthly rate and an hourly rate option. Each client is different and have their preferred way to be billed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I will find out their goals and objectives for financial reporting and tax planning. I review their current processes; then I make suggestions for improvements and changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. I worked in Corporate America for 20+ years, starting as a bookkeeper and working my way up to Controller.
