Michael really impressed me and my husband. You can tell he’s a genuinely good person, won’t over charge and really cares about his customer. He was punctual and very knowledgeable about our Lennox central air and heatsystem. We will use him for our yearly maintenance and for any future issues with our system. Our air conditioner went down during the hottest week of the year. After getting the run around for a couple of days from another HVAC repair company we contacted Michael Wolfe. It was unbearably hot in our home and Michael told us he would be there at 8am to help us. He was on time and after checking out our system, explained to us why we were not getting cool air and what needed to be done to correct the problem. He saved us over $1000 in repairs and because he explained everything to us including what it would cost, we knew we could trust him. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-All items and services we offer are priced upfront in our service manual, meaning there will be no hidden charges or fees.
-We offer full AC tuneups and Furnace tune-ups for $77 and our diagnostic fee is $77, and we offer New Client Special occasionally.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain the basic information of the customer, including the phenomenon of the problem, the age of the system, and the recent maintenance. If the problem sounds common, our technicians will directly guide the customer to self-troubleshoot for free. Which can save customers time and money efficiently. If the problem and service cannot be solved by phone, we will make an appointment with the customer for on-site service. Then, while working, we will educate our customers about the problem with understandable language. Our professionals will offer options and the best proper recommendations. And the customer makes the final decision. With us, no guesswork, no hidden prices.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA Certified, have 5+ years of experience as an AC service technician, have an AA degree, and am fully licensed for any HVAC services. I specialize in high-value maintenance, with the most bang for your buck in the industry.
