The purchasing of our home would’ve never been possible if it wasn’t for the assistance and hard work of the entire Vantage Team. From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank you Andrew Martinez and your entire team for their professionalism and determination. The Abreo FamilyNov 7, 2018
I was new to Thumbtack just awhile back. I saw an ad for it and thought “Let’s check it out!”. Andrew happened to be one of the realtors that turned in a bid and I was caught by his experience in Pasadena. He really helped me narrow down the finances of the whole thing and made it easy to understand where I would struggle with fees outside of my down payment. Every realtor before only wanted to show me houses that were over my price range. I ended up buying $80000 lower than what I originally had hoped for because we calculated it best suited my income. Best decision I could have made. Thank you Andrew!Jan 25, 2017VerifiedAndrew William Martinez, Broker/Prop MGMT's reply
Hi, Alex! I woke up this morning to this amazing review! Thank you for making the effort to share about your experience with me. I always make certain that every single would-by buyer knows exactly what they are getting into before they make a regrettable decision. Detailing each fee and expense involved in a purchase (county fees, city fees, escrow, title, etc) before determining price point is crucial. Not being able to pay the mortgage just a few months down the road would be detrimental. I am super happy it all worked out for us! See you at the housewarming!
To whom it may concern, Coming from the older generation we have a tendency to be full of skepticism and a propensity to trust no one. With that being said I can only say that Andrew Martinez has exceeded our expectations in all of the areas above. Also, there should be three more categories listed above, morals, ethics and trust. Which, as you know really defines the person. I would give him five stars in those categories as well. For me, trust is paramount!Jan 9, 2017VerifiedAndrew William Martinez, Broker/Prop MGMT's reply
Hi, Will and Terry! It is wonderful to hear such colorful feedback from you. To read how you felt about the process is truly rewarding. I am glad I found a house you both were happy with. Our celebration dinner was also a great time with great people. Don't forget that I will be by soon for some more of Terry's cold press coffee! :)
Andrew and Vantage Realty exceeded my expectations. I was looking for someone to supervise accepting delivery of 1/2 a household of boxes while I was away. The vendor needed to be trustworthy, flexible, and have good judgment. The date & time were uncertain so he/she needed to be open to meeting the truck at a storage unit on short notice, use the gate code, supervise unloading and stacking in my unit, determine if items were broken, able to be trusted with the contents, install a lock & get the key to me. Additionally, the employee at the storage facilitywas difficult to communicate with because of limited English skills. Andrew suggested that he could provide a Mandarin speaking employee and have the unloading filmed, both good suggestions. Because he is licensed as a realtor, I felt he would be accountable. Andrew was wonderful about communicating clearly & in a timely manner. He set a mutually agreed time for a phone call, then had a capable employee follow up when was tied up. Everything went smoothly & he & his employee were always proactive. I think that his skills would transfer well to property management. The circumstances changed at the last minute & I did not need his services. He was gracious about this & prompt in refunding my partial payment. I would heartily recommend Andrew and his supporting staff for any real estate related needs!Dec 1, 2015VerifiedAndrew William Martinez, Broker/Prop MGMT's reply

Selling my cherished childhood/family home is one of the hardest things I have had to do. I made the decision with my sister that it was finally time to sell with all my grandchildren grown up. I took comfort knowing that Andrew could understand where I was coming from. He made sure that we had a great offer over the first projected listing price. What was special to us is that he presented the story of every seller knowing we wanted to put a good family to take our place. He did not tell us to accept the first offers that came in like I feel most people would do. We waited patiently for the right buyer and the right price. Andrew also advanced money from his own pocket for repairs on the house before putting it up because our retirement was not enough. I think that made all the difference in this world because we just sold for thirty thousand over asking.Dec 8, 2016Andrew William Martinez, Broker/Prop MGMT's reply
Hi, Margaret! It was an honor working for you on such a cherished home! Letting go of a home that has been in your family forever is never easy. Timing is so vital in real estate, and patience can sometimes be our best friend. Vetting a proper buyer to maximize proceeds and secure a deserving family were atop my priority list. I stopped by the house last week to pick up my Supra, and the new owners were incredibly thankful for choosing their offer. They send you nothing but well wishes! Thank you for allowing me to serve you along the journey!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My team and I take an organic approach in assisting every Client. It is important to identify what a Client needs, but even more vital, is determining the strategy for how we will achieve their end goals. Short-term success is rewarding, but long-term success is even more fruitful. This absolutely holds true for real estate investments and property management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was fortunate to land an internship while I was completing my business undergraduate at a law office. They specialized in Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy. Tying the learnings of those two service areas has been invaluable to me. It allowed me to be diverse and grow my knowledge of the industry.
