- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give senior citizen discount and a discount if I get recommended by customer to a family, friend, etc. I also give cash discounts on all work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce my self with the name of my company and explaining completely anything the customer ask or work that wants done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience on the field of tree care.
