Miguel did some drywall patch, repair for me that we pretty sizable. He was punctual, responsive and very considerate of my property. The patch looks ... great. Like it was never there! He also cleaned up along the way and after himself. Drywall is notoriously messy and dusty... but he definitely did his best to minimize the dust.

Miguel was excellent! He was on time everyday and was actually a good 10 min. Early! He did the job exactly how I wanted it done. We went over all expectations to be clear. I paid him as he completed each job after inspection. I already have another project lined up with him for next month! His cost is quite reasonable and he doesn't waste time. He and his side kick, Adrian are hard workers! I posted a couple pics of the sealant job he did on my roof

Miguel was highly professional and punctual. He was on time for a quick survey and gave me a quote and once I confirmed, he came back the next morning with everything ready for my ceiling dry wall patch and paint work. He was reasonable with cost and he performed a good quality work. I would contact him for future work. He didn’t try to push for expanding the work scope or raising the cost.
