I recently hired AF Cleaning for a deep clean of my home after my recent move, and I couldnt be more impressed with their service! They were very professional and had great attention to detail.The team arrived right on time, they came equipped with all the supplies, and got straight to work. My bathrooms, in particular, were so spotless!They took the time to ask about any special requests and made sure everything was done to my liking. Karen is amazing and really nice. She is on time and does a great job!
HOWEVER the company never told me that the customer has to track how long the housekeeper is staying and that if they stay longer you get charged more. I was unaware I had to track time for them so I was charged extra. This company is not transparent and did not make it right. It's a shame because Karen is great!
