Interior Repaints Large rooms 350.00 (living rooms) Medium sized rooms 275.00 (bedrooms) Small rooms 175.00 (kitchens&baths), however if your kitchen/bath is a large size it will fall into a different category. All prices are labor only. Door and Door jam Repaint 150.00 each 200.00 for spray finish. All prices are for labor only. Cabinet Repaints Small kitchens 1750.00 Medium Kitchens 2250.00 Large Kitchens 3200.00 Waterborne Lacquer/ Oilbase Hybrid Prices are for labor only, paint and sundries are extra. Sherwin Williams brand preferred, however I do work with Dunn Edwards as well. Door Installs Interior door Prehung 250.00 labor only Exterior Door Prehung 450.00 labor only Crown molding install 6.00 per foot Base, Window and Door trim 3.00 per foot If you’d like me to caulk and paint add 1.50 per foot. Prices are for labor only. Cabinets installs 120.00per box 240.00pantry/linen cabinet 250.00 double stack modification RTA cabinets add 75.00 per box (glued and screwed) Prices are for labor only

Andre does great work. He is very professional as well as being totally upfront about costs. I really appreciate that, because my experience with others has been opposite. He has completed several jobs for me, most recently I had an A/C installed. The A/C company had to remove my old heater which left a huge hole in the wall. Andre was able to work within my budget, to expertly patch the hole by creating a new frame in the hole, and then drywalling. Andre also only uses the best paints. We did paint only the living room and dining room and kitchen areas post installation due to my budget (A/C is expensive!) and I can see the difference in the paint quality. Definitely hire Andre and his company for your next job.

Andre has great ideas. We weren't sure how we wanted to insulate and upgrade our new Tuff shed. He walked us through the steps of what he thought we should do. He explained why he thought we should do it but also let us make our own choices. The finished room was awesome! The ceiling he suggested made the room look finished and beautiful. The 2 extra windows help to keep the room cool and airy. The ladder to get up to the loft is nice and sturdy. The paneling looks nice and is solid. He cleaned up after himself and he painted and touched up the areas that needed it so that the room looked great. I will definitely hire him again for all my future projects.
