What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use industry standard pricing that is used and accepted by all major insurance carrier, so you don't have to worry about your insurance company not being able to work with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and visit the property to provide an accurate assessment and explain the process to the customer so that they are informed and prepared.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m IICRC Water Certified and also have a General Contractors License from the state of California
