- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the amount and type of material, labor, accessibility, and disposal fees. We provide a clear estimate before starting, with no hidden fees. Larger jobs may require a deposit based on the size and scope of the work. The deposit amount and final price will be confirmed with the customer before work begins, and the remaining balance is collected upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer sends us pictures and a description of the job so we can provide an estimate. Once approved, we schedule a convenient time. When we arrive, we confirm the job and final price in person. A deposit may then be required before we begin. After completing the work and cleaning the area, we collect the remaining balance and make sure the customer is satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with junk removal, cleanouts, hauling, demolition cleanup, and material pickup and delivery. I understand how to load, secure, transport, and dispose of materials safely and responsibly.
