Mark Brody, Marriage and Family Therapist

Introduction: I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that works with children, adults, couples, and/or families. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and I am very good at building rapport with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds. I have many specialties including helping people overcome trauma, reducing anxiety or depression, helping restore trust withing relationships, and helping people overcome sexual issues or addictions. I am trained in EMDR, which helps people overcome trauma they have experienced in their life and in turn will reduce many mental health issues. I have been told by many clients that they have had difficulties trusting others including other therapists and that I have been the only person they have been able to trust.
