- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not do hidden fees....ever! All cost are explain to the customer upfront and before anything is signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WE meet with each client personally and preferably at their event site. From there, we carefully discuss the details of their event. No contracts are drafted or signed until we both have a clear understanding of the client's expectations. WE believe in being upfront and honest and We do not believe in "fine print" on a contract....ever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly educating ourselves on the continuous technological changes associated with the Mobile Entertainment Profession. We have highly experienced DJs, Videograhers, Audio Technicians, Event Promoters and Planners on staff and ready to serve.
