Ricardo and his crew called ahead to confirm the time and did excellent work on all our windows and screens inside and out. They were neat and did top notch professional work. I will have them come regularly to clean the windows in our house.

Rick came out to our place in rural East County and was greeted with two yappy dogs and VERY dirty windows. He was entirely gracious. We had a bad experience with a previous window cleaner, so were "gun shy" about hiring someone to come out when it's something we could do ourselves. We procrastinated for a couple of years, so the dirt on the windows and tracks was pretty bad! He arrived on time, went right to work, and we didn't have to show him around...he just dove in like the pro we found him and his crew to be. It took them a couple of hours. To us that was really fast! The windows were so dirty and our house is 3000 sq. feet, many windows. They scrubbed the screens, vacuumed the tracks, cleaned the outside and inside vinyl frames and made the windows gleam! And you couldn't tell they'd been in the rooms other than the windows were shiny clean. I have somewhat large pieces of furniture in front of some of the windows and it all looked undisturbed. Rick explained to me what caused our screen frames to be ruined by the previous service we'd used and explained the approx. cost to fix them. He is so personable, a really nice person and very professional in his work. We've scheduled him to come on a regular basis, three times a year. It's money VERY well spent. We are so happy with the results!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife Debbie & myself moved to San Diego in 2001. The number of new homes that where being built in the area was amazing. My wife would clean our own windows & would climb out a 2nd story window so she could clean the rest of the windows.
