- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
they give us a call we come out and take care of the problem usually the same day every once in awhile we are I will never let him so it might take us all day to come back the following day to finish it we are 24/7 company so we will come and take care of whatever problem immediately including fallen trees somebody mistakenly driving their car through the wall in the garage and any and all gas leaks as an emergency all other work that's not an emergency we will go ahead and take care of in a timely fashion and schedule the work you completed Lowe's bathroom remodels took less than 5 days showers and tabs take less than three and kitchen remodels take less tt of the jobs we were able to finishing 1 to 2 business days
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
primary is plumbing and electrical everything else we do is usually tied to that and sheetrock repair tile work linoleum water heater repairs and replacement we didn't mention everything we do in here because it's limited us 250 characters we do concrete repair and replacement roofing repair and replacement sheetrock repair replacement door repair and replacement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-On training for the last 35 years and I've gone through lead-based removal training mold reduction and water drain for water leaks and fire damage
