Aleks is very kind and knowledgeable. I needed help with my microwave door, and although we ultimately decided that replacement was more cost-efficient, he still completed a thorough diagnosis and fixed the initial problem. He even measured the dimensions and made recommendations for a new appliance. Definitely has lots of experience, would recommend.

Aleksandr was very nice he could of just fixed the problem, but with the machine being as old as it was it would have cost more to fix we agreed that it would be best to just get a new one. I appreciate him being honest with me. I just want to say thank you take care and if I ever needed help with my appliances I will keep you in mind.

I would also like to include Mr Shuspanova is Worth It! He has not onky quick response feedback, but his responses include the details of how he has identified possibilities of your issues and how he will plan to address these issues and others as they come. He is also transparent about timeframe’s of parts, labor and costs estimates- - He is very thorough re :actual findings and willingness to provide photos as he works was helpful in split second decisions that saved time and extra expenses I highly recommend his service!
