Quick same day service for dryer issue and reasonable pricing. KT was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining diagnosis. He quickly made repairs and ended up performing general maintenance on washer at my request as I was pleased with his service and attention to detail. I would definitely use again but hopefully that wont be too soon

I called and they were able to come the same day to inspect my gas stove that was having an issue. There ended up being nothing wrong, just a cleaning under the stove top, so it was a little expensive for what was actually done, but the service was prompt and quality. KT, our repairman, was polite, worked quickly, and was thorough. Even with the cost, I would call them again.

Quick & easy fridge repair. So I thought.I'm changing my current review as of 5 hours later my refrigerator is no longer working & I have text the person who came out. I'm either wanting my refrigerator fixed or a refund on money I spent.Update, 4 hours after the technician left our refrigerator was showing a temp of 79. He did arrive on time and did come quickly when I called for a quote. He did work with our budget. The next day upon waking our refrigerator was reading at 54 and normal temp is 34. Not sure what was happening I did call and text to ask him to come back or provide a refund as it wasn't working properly. Come to later in evening my husband unplugged the fridge and let it reset and magically it's now working. Very odd.

It seems the fan wasn't spinning—that was the malfunction. I’ve handled the repair professionally, so the Fresh Food compartment shouldn't freeze up anymore. As we discussed, damaged insulation (Styrofoam) can cause issues, but our company was not responsible for that damage.
