I provide a minimum one-month warranty on both labor and parts. The diagnostic fee is $80, but if you proceed with the repair, you will only pay for parts and labor; we do not charge the diagnostic fee when a repair is performed.

The Expert Repair Company repaired our Thermador refrigerator by finding a leak in the system and replacing the evaporator. Great customer service by Konstantin! The repairman Konstantin just left my house and my ice machine in my GE refrigerator is back to 100%. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Yesterday he came by to access the problem in less than 10 mins he saw the problem and found the correct part but it would be available until today. At 1pm today he arrived with the part and it was replaced immediately. Also appreciate that he took the time to show how to properly remove and replace the ice machine. I will only call Expert Repair Company for my appliance repair needs.
